Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Seoul, South Korea for a Project Manager (PM) position at GAIA BT, Inc.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing detailed project plans aligned with company goals and objectives

• Setting project timelines

• Monitoring project deliverables

• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies

• Coaching and supporting project team members with tasks you assign them

• Collaborating and communicating with different departments

• Implementing Agile or other methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

• Updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

Work Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Flexible schedule as needed)

Qualifications

• Software Development and Product Development skills

• Proven experience as a project manager in software development or a related field

• Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies

• Strong time and risk management skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

• 3+ years of prior work experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership role

• Expertise in RAG-based LLM fine-tuning

• Proficiency in Korean and English

Selection Process
