Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Scientific Officer located in Seoul, South Korea. The Chief Scientific Officer will be responsible for overseeing all research and development activities, supervising scientific teams, collaborators and/or CROs, and monitoring research activities to drive innovation and advancements in the fields of oncology and/or gerontology.

Work Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Flexible schedule as needed)

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• PhD in a related scientific field

• Previous leadership experience in a biopharma setting

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical fields

Preferred

• Professional-level English

• Strong background in development of cancer therapy

• Prior experience being selected for governmental grants
