Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Scientific Officer located in Seoul, South Korea. The Chief Scientific Officer will be responsible for overseeing all research and development activities, supervising scientific teams, collaborators and/or CROs, and monitoring research activities to drive innovation and advancements in the fields of oncology and/or gerontology.
Work Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Flexible schedule as needed)
Qualifications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
PhD in a related scientific field
Previous leadership experience in a biopharma setting
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical fields
Preferred
Professional-level English
Strong background in development of cancer therapy
Prior experience being selected for governmental grants
