The Hiring Process
Document Screening > Technical Interview > Final Acceptance & Negotiation of Compensation
Interviews are conducted in person as a general rule.
The technical interview includes a 30-minute PPT presentation on past work experience and projects.
Upon final acceptance, there is a 3-month probationary period, during which there will be no difference in salary or compensation.
Successful candidates will be notified individually via email.
