On February 27 (Thursday), GAIA-BT (represented by CEO Yun Kyoung Kang) and Hallym University (led by President Yanghee Choi) signed an MOU aimed at establishing industry-academia cooperation and nurturing R&D experts for the RISE initiative, as announced by the Korean government.
The main points of the agreement include:
Industry-academia cooperation and joint research in conjunction with the RISE initiative
Training and support for R&D experts
Offering of Nano-degree courses
Formation and operation of an industry-academia cooperation council
Sharing of human resources as well as joint utilization of facilities and equipment.(1)(2)
